Privacy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order and keep the site secure. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

This site is run by KF Kamjani, the football club of Kamjan, North Macedonia. For any question about your data, write to info@kfkamjani.com.

What we collect

Most of the site can be read without giving us anything. We collect data only in these cases:

Shop orders: your name, phone, email (if you give one), delivery address, the items and your note.
Club staff accounts: name, email, role and actions in the admin panel, with the IP address, for security.
Server logs: IP address, browser and the page requested, kept briefly to protect the site from abuse.
YouTube videos load only when you press play; from then on YouTube's privacy policy applies.

Why we use it

We use order details to call you, confirm and deliver the order, and email you the confirmation. Staff data and logs keep the admin panel and the site secure. We do not use any of it for advertising or profiling.

Who sees it

We never sell your data or pass it on for marketing. It is seen only by:

the club administrators who handle orders;
our server and email provider, Hetzner Online GmbH, with data centres in the EU;
the post or courier, only your name, phone and address, when an order is shipped.

How long we keep it

We keep orders as long as they are needed for delivery and the club’s records. A staff account is deactivated when someone leaves the club. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Cookies and browser storage

We use no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why we don't ask you about them. We use only:

kf_lang: remembers the language you chose;
a sign-in cookie, only for staff who log in to the admin panel;
the shop bag, kept only in your browser until you order.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use. If you think we have handled it wrongly, you can complain to North Macedonia's Personal Data Protection Agency or, if you live in the EU or Switzerland, to the authority in your country.
